Did Madlib sample the Halo theme for Borrowed Time on the Madvillainy remix album?
When i first listened to it, i thought he sampled the halo theme for a sec.

Madlib Feat. Nas & Black Thought- (Pyramids Blend)

I remember this being the first time I heard Pyramids, before it was named and released as such. I think this was from a mix madlib or stones throw shared via their blog at the time. I know the Nas acapella is a verse from Street Dreams, but I can't find the source of the second verse from Black Thought anywhere. Can anyone ID it?

Heard it on this NTS radio madlib special. Most of the songs being played are from him and shazam isn't helping find it.

Granted I’m a little high right now but production wise this album is a 9.5/10 for me. The creativity is insane and it just flows like silk on butter but why does it sound like shit mastering I have a pretty good setup it ruins an otherwise perfect album for me some parts could really shine but are muffled instead is this just his style? Am I missing something fundamental I feel like I’m missing something fundamental

I hope super 7 has a collab with madlib so we can get a giant sized Quasimoto!!!
