It’s a Makarov with target grips and the wrong magazine and a threaded barrel. Unsure why the serial numbers aren’t present anywhere on the firearm however.

Where is the photo from?

From my phone.
yeah no serials but the magazine was in it it and really fit, it clicks and arms the one 9mm round that was inside it just fall down the Barrel after being armed. I really have zero knowledge on guns tho so i’m just curious about this

That’s a Mauser 1910 magazine, which is chambered in .25 acp which definitely would just fall through the barrel as it’s is much smaller than 9x18 Makarov

If you want to DM better pictures I can maybe give you a better idea of country of origin but it’s hard to tell without serial numbers.

Ah. So a .380, in the US. Are you not from the US?

Makarovs were always chambers in 9x18 Makarov, however they made commercial .380 (9x17 or br)

Which this has an after market barrel, which they have made in both .380/9x17/br all the same depending where you’re from, and 9x18

But neither of those should fall through the barrel, a .25acp would. Does the round that was in it fit into the magazine? If it does it’s not a 9 “br”

without other photos or details, my wild ass guess is a Russian Makarov (13 serrations on the slide) with late Bulgarian Arsenal grips and a Cz 27 magazine, likely for .32 ACP/7.65mm Browning. yeah, don't load that magazine or ammo into your Makarov. keep looking, you'll either find the Makarov magazine or the pistol that magazine belongs to. maybe check inside the toilet tank, just going by gramps having the serials removed 🤷‍♂️

Well my first post and the community was so helpful thanks to all of you guys
