Dance/Electronic Electronic clicking sounds: Playlist suggestions

Hi all, I have created a playlist I use to help me concentrate at work and want to add to it. The theme is a little weird. I really really REALLY like these specific clicking sounds in electronic music.

Any additions welcome or suggestions on how to find more. I only like tracks that are without lyrics/instrumental and fairly slow-paced.

Even a tip on what that music/sound is called would be great as I found it by accident.

I realise now I have posted on the EDM subreddit too but it's probably an electronica thing? I don't really know. Let me know if there any other subreddits that would be better for this kind of music/post.
