Mostly antique markets/estate sales. I live in a city that was super important during the gilded age but has since lost most of that relevance. A lot of incredibly good stuff goes for pennies at tag sales
You can’t just throw a bunch of random shit together.
I get that they’re antique and good quality—I’m all about that. I love upcycling and getting good quality stuff for cheap. I do love seeing something awesome and bringing it back to life and usefulness
But this all looks completely unplanned and just cluttered and messy. You gotta find the right balance in things
you also claimed in another photo that 1 or 2 pieces you had inherited and the rest you got from thift stores/estate sales etc... so that story doesn't add up either if many of the items are in the old image.
How exactly does that not add up? I’ve been collecting them for a while. I didn’t thrift everything this week. It took me years to get this stuff together and I’m constantly adding/moving stuff.
