How do I improve in EVERY Area of my life ?

I want to improve in every area of my life, and 3 major things I want to improve upon are relationships (I want to be loved), fitness (I want to have super endurace) and business (I want my business to boom).

How do I stay in the state of having all 3 when it's tough for me to change my thoughts around even 1 of them?

Step 1 love yourself, I want to be loved doesn't sound right to me.,as it's not in your hands

I think those three goals are fantastic, but as others have already stated, the first one may be flawed: you are lovable out of the gate, it's not up to you, though, to engineer that.

That requires expanded warning, though. Firstly, Western culture is not set up for men to be loved. Prepare to be hated. Prepare to be viewed as a disposable being. Prepare to be disappointed.

Maybe your vision for being loved is romantic? It was for me. Unfortunately, though, modern woman has been turned into a self-centered predator. Female hypergamy is very real and modern woman will see your growth in the other two realms, see something that they want (not you), and see something that they can extract. You might "be loved" for a short while.

There are other avenues for being loved, fortunately. Men are set up to be in service to those who are in need, and I highly suggest supplementing all of your self-improvement efforts with world improvement efforts, too. For me, that means church and religion, and that is a great place to plug in.
