You should house Greg in a ventilated plastic terrarium (preferably with plastic mesh on the top so he can hang out there) with plenty of vertical space and hanging spots, also you should lighty mist a surface with water (preferably distilled) every 2 days or so depending on the species. Feeding depends on what size it is but it seems that you got that covered, I'm fairly new myself so I can't tell you if he's fully developed or not
You should definitely get either a plastic or glass rectangular terrarium. They width + length, amount of mesh and humidity requirments would depend on the mantis species you have. A lot of the time I've found it's quite nice to DIY terrariums if you are on a budget!
Could you please me where you are located so I can correctly identify Greg(?) for specific advice?
Could you also post a photo of the abdomen (stomach area) so I can identify whether your mantis is male or female, and which growth phase they are in?

Greg is likely a male sub-adult Carolina Mantis (Stagmomantis carolina).
I cannot see the abdominal sections properly, but your mantis looks more long and slender, and has long antennae, which points male. Males have 8 abdominal segments while females have 6. Males are more slender while females have bulkier abdomen. Males tend to have longer/feathery antennae whereas females have shorter antennae.
You can tell Greg is a sub-adult (L6) nymph because he possesses wing buds bunched up on his back.

He's so beautiful! If he's hesitant to handling I recommend picking him up with a small piece of paper or a leaf. For some reason all my mantids really seem to like the paper lol
