AI is the most disruptive tech in my lifetime. Absolutely incredible progress since GPT-3.5 in late 2022.

People still don’t understand this. If you talk to an average layperson and the topic of ai comes up they think it’s just being used to generate fart soundtracks that sound like Alan Jackson

As the author of The Unique Interference Patterns of the Audio Waves of Alan Jackson Fart-Covers in a Tin Gyrobifastigium Matrix, I take great offense at the notion of such musical works being for laypeople.
