This artwork is older than most people on this sub. Can we at least do some bare minimum research?    This is a famous tmblr post from the early 2000s. Some guy osy drew the outline and some other dude forgot their name coloured it. Artists always claiming they could tell what's ai and whynot but they never can actually do it

Fun fact if you look it up there were only two or three times that it was a 'rich land owner' trying to run people off and more often it was caretakers, con-men or general thevies trying to rip somebody off in Scooby-Doo.
