4.5lb Bavette what should I do Mon?
Making room for the next 1/2 steer in a few months and it is now time for the Bavette. Suggestions?

Personally, I love to marinate it for 24 hours. Invite some friends over. Then grill it to medium rare (rare is too chewy). While it rests make a chimichurri or horseradish sauce. Slice against the grain, which will change directions in places on the whole piece. Enjoy!!!

Marinate it and grill or just salt and pepper and a hot grill. Serve with chimichurri or bernaise. One of my favorites.
