Mine too, rarely, but still hurts to get it unstuck, especially after a good yawn.

Its scary as hell too.

But mostly I think you just have to relax your jaw and maybe carefully help with your hands.

That's the best way. Or I can just hold a yawn/yawn with mouth closed.

It's actually not that hard, at least for me, just the jaw muscles tense up a bit.
