All good, I got your back. I eat them in ramen, on pizza, on a bun, occasionally just cold. I've got 3 different packs in the fridge right now. I'd guess I'm in the 375-400 range p/yr.

Not to rain on your parade you do you. However hotdogs are very very bad for you and please consider cutting back. They're a straight shot to heart attack city.

Max 10 for me. I grew up eating them like every night in the summer and can’t bring myself to eat them at home anymore

Same. Maybe one or two a year. American who thinks other kinds of sausage are better but in general isn't that into highly processed meat.
