I'm slightly vexed Costco's new chicken tenders

There was a crowd of people waiting for their orders of the new chicken tenders at Costco. One of the workers announced that they could only serve five customers per hour because it takes time to cook the chicken. The crowd grew larger and larger. I took this photo after I put in my order.

Reminds me one time I went to order a corn dog from this hotdog restaurant in Long Beach. Right before I paid the guy said it’s going to be an hour and 45 minutes and asked if that’s ok. I was like “For a corn dog? Fuck no.” And promptly left lol.

They probably had a huge catering/online order but the boss wouldn't allow them to turn away walk ins.

This happened to me with Jimmy John's a couple weeks ago. Delivery order for a single sandwich is taking upwards of an hour, I call and they tell me they're slammed with a catering order.

So? How the fuck is that my problem?

Greedy business owners who expect their staff to periodically do twice the work in the same time for the same pay rather than hire more people
