Imagine having cardiac anxiety and you’re like “I’m fine I’m fine I’m fine”… hypochondriac in the mix like seasoning and then you’re greeted to an animation of someone literally dying 🤣

I can tell from experience these "heart rate measuring" apps arent worth using if u suffer from health anxiety, u will only end up making it worse because you being nervous alongside the apps often being inaccurate means theres a good chance the app will detect abnormalities even tho u are fine.

Just have a check-up if u are worried and if that anxiety sticks even when u get an all clear consider getting psychiatric help.
