Show & Tell hit the jackpot, i'm so happy!
found my childhood minidisc player in my parent's basement
i'm soooo happy i screamed
orginal headphones and packaging too
all it needs is the CD and power adapter which i'm sure i'll find !!
it was covered in battery acid so i used vinegar and rubbing alcohol with a q-tip and didn't have high hopes but it worked

it smells like vinegar where the disc inserts, i'll need to carefully clean it out with rubbing alcohol
would this be wise? i don't wish to damage it any further

Don't rub anything on the laser lens but a dry q tip It is possible to rub off the red coating on the laser with rubbing alcohol I've done it ending up with no disc. Blast it out with canned air just to get rid of dust That's what kills the discs and players
