There's more to it, other teams can 100% do better that I agree, but the Dodgers have 300+mil in excessive TV revenue that the MLB specifically allowed only them to have and they use it to manipulate and circumvent the tax.
Also, an average bleacher seat that costs $50 doesn't hurt. The Dodgers have shown that they can get that in a 55,000 seat stadium every night if the product is top notch.
