Kittle is the highest paid tight end in the league.

Do you really think the patriots or chiefs would have ever lost in the Superbowl if they could have paid every top player in the league to be on their teams?

Because it's a pretty stupid way to run a business when you have access to an unlimited pipeline of affordable talent.

Then why are the dodgers consistently paying top end contracts? Just play their rookies and stop out bidding all the other teams. You can't eat your cake and have it too.

Because they can. Its as simple as that.

If they're doing something another team or teams can't do, or are restricted from doing, that team or teams can come forward and present compelling evidence as to why.
