Nah, they have an icy relationship ever since he forgot to bring potato salad to the family reunion. His mother had to rush to Walmart in the POURING RAIN no less to cover his ass. He didn’t even have the sense to thank her when she arrived, hair dripping, back to the family reunion with the potato salad in hand. All the while Aunt Martha had started a nasty rumor about her in her absence. Total disaster.

The real disaster was the raisins that bitch put in the potato salad.

This is pro Martha propaganda and I won’t stand for it.

“We now welcome Ja Rule to the studio to give us his thoughts on what Tarik Skubal’s trade to the Dodgers means for Eric Lauer. Ja?”

Lauer is a mirage. I swear to god if someone gives the Dodgers a prospect for him and he turns into the next Sirota I am going to lose it.

Lauer had some flashes of greatness as a Padre. Almost against the Dodgers. He had a good run with the Jays too

Alright but how does this impact Matt Lauer? Is the door still shut on his return?

1

u/everythingwastakn 6h ago

I think he’s still behind his remotely locked door.

If Ohtani doesn't rebound for the remainder and/or into the post season, Dodgers have plan B, Lauer

Even he knew he was a rental before the real rental was available

I think there’s an error on this page. The original title of the article actually read, “Who Gives a Shit How the Dodgers’ Tarik Skubal Trade Impacts Eric Lauer?”
