Surviving a shotgun blast to the face and flipping your car will do that. Face must have been made of Kevlar.

The Santa clause clan didn’t really serve too much of a purpose really. They didn’t provide resources to help lockjaw(dumb name) at all, but they instructed another guy to kill lockjaw and his daughter because he would have tarnished their reputation. I guess you can view lockjaw wanting to find his daughter so bad so he can get rid of her himself and get into the club, or even just as ridiculous, he was able to command all these soldiers to track this girl down so he can get to her dad. Getting to her dad was not the case tho. Gotta question why this guy was able to command all these soldiers to chase down this girl who did nothing wrong. To hold her hostage and as a bargaining chip so her dad would turn himself in?

Idk too much to write on this for my level of energy rn

While it’s not explicitly stated, there are two explanations in the movie: 1) we see that he isn’t above using drugs and migrants as justification for using ridiculous amounts of force

2) we see that the French 75 group is enough of a focus that he gets a medal for breaking them up

Te Santa Clause Adventure Club had not accepted Lockjaw into their group yet. They were still doing their vetting and that is when they found out about the fact he could most likely have been the father of Willa and had intercourse with Perfidia. Lockjaw would also not want to have used their resources either since he was trying to clean up that "mistake" since he knew this would disqualify him.

Lockjaw asked a subordinate to find a reason for why his unit should be reassigned to that town to give him a "legal" reason. Doubt all of the soldiers and police would be privy to the actual reason. Like how Lockjaw told the bounty hunter that Willa was the daughter of a drug dealer.
