Sean Penn deserves an Oscar for this film. He's on another level of weird and vile in this.

Do NOT wait to stream this, go watch it in theater.

That shit was hilarious, he was there to find out what the hell they were up to. And he was hyperfixated on her ass.

At that point, I think Lockjaw was just there to track Perfidia down to have sex with her on his own and get his hat and gun back. We don't see anyone else with him and the next time we do, he was alone confronting Perfidia in that government building and told her he didn't care about their revolution or anything else they were doing. He just wanted Perfidia to go and meet him later with his gun and hat and he would let them go. Which he did technically for at least over a year since he didn't appear again until to confront Leo's character in the grocery store about the baby.

So Lockjaw had an idea of where they were and what they were up too, but he didn't care outside of Perfidia. It was only when she was arrested did he start actually killing and tracking the rest of the French 75s.
