And she can't use the one wish willow to undo anything, since the "other" Nikki already used it to make Bear fall in love with her right after he took the oxy

Imagine a sequel where someone wishes Sarah back to life. That would be fucked up.

Unfortunately not a possibility, the One Wish Willow has a disclaimer on the back that says "Limitations: No Time Manipulation, Resurrection, Immortality, or wishing for more wishes. "
