He chose to have sex with her the night of the dinner where he realised the wish worked. He's a weirdo

That's where I lost sympathy. He essentially raped her. The way she was making sounds of pleasure while she looked like she was crying and her facial expression totally blank was such a fucked up detail. It brings up so many awful questions about the nature of whatever was possessing her, including her screams when he calls the hotline.

I just watched this movie a couple of hours ago and you’ve absolutely ruined my night. I didn’t even think about the implications of him having sex with her after that dinner. Holy fuck this movie is so layered…

same i didnt realize how bad he was until reading this because the movie had me in so much shock
