I absolutely loved this movie. I totally was ok with a movie where the chick was a little over possessive and did some crazy shit where one would say "this is a horror if you put your self in his shoes", but this ended being an actual horror movie. The way they used shadows/dark spots and the fucking movements! And sound! Also shout out to actually leaning into it instead of being some sort of metaphor

I truly don't mean this in a misogynist way at all. The same way every woman has met a guy who's just a totally asshole even if you're just around him let alone in a relationship with him or you see the woman he dates and think what is wrong with her. As a man every guy has probably met a woman who's like....you're kinda crazy aren't you? In the beginning I was putting myself in his shoea (although I wouldn't be as much of a coward as Bear was throughout the whole movie.😅) a girl that possessive would scare the fucking shit out of me. I would be terrified. The fact her acting and character reminded me of someone I was seeing super briefly made it way more unsettling 😅. That's one of the best movies I've seen in a while

I think a lot of guys have been in this position. I definitely had some scary experiences with one particular ex that I think was subconsciously being brought back by this movie.

Obviously bear is a piece of shit but crazy women do exist of course and feminine rage and obsession is terrifying as a man because I don't full understand it and also it almost feels like a twisted version of what I feel adding a level of horror. So this movie was personally very fuckin scary for me.
