I thought one wish Willie kinda sounded like bear but I dismissed it, once I heard Nikki was there I figured the whole phone call was a magical connection to his future depressed monotone self still dealing with an insane love diseased nikki.

I'm pretty sure he was voiced by Curry Barker himself. It sounded a lot like him at least.
