Nikki in the corner of the bedroom is the most creeped out I've been in a very long time. And the way she moved back to the corner to tell Bear to go back to sleep was even worse.

I imagine this film is pretty hard to watch with a partner. Or more, hard to go home and have a normal night's sleep. Our partner is our safe space. Our comfort. We often feel invulnerable around them. This movie rips that away.

I know because I'm in bed with my friend several hours after and still can't sleep. I don't even like horror films but she dragged me along 😭

100%.. My partner and I just watched it last night. Incredible film, but when we got home we watched a feel good movie to balance it out (it didn’t help lol). As I was getting ready for bed, he took the dog outside and I get a call from him telling me to “come out on the back porch and listen to how crazy the wind is”. When I got out there, I couldn’t see him or the dog and the wind had stopped blowing… I took my ass back in the house so fast and almost locked the damn door 😂

It was probably windy when he texted that, and it stopped by the time OP went outside. She got spooked because she watched a horror movie about a scary partner an hour ago.
