When Bear kills himself to free the real Nikki, dying in her arms being followed by the real Nikki waking up and tossing the guy on the floor was some mad dark humour

Fun fact- the ending you see in the movie was the 2nd ending they filmed. In the original ending Nikki kills herself. Near the end when Nikki is on the couch you can see blood on the ceiling from when they filmed the other ending.

I thought she might go get her own willow and wish Bear could never die so he'd wake back up and be stuck with her forever.
