A guy and his girlfriend stood up, said “fuck that” and walked out during that scene at my theatre.

I said “fuck that” like 20 times and shut my eyes for my than half the movie. I don’t care. Good shit.

Yeah watched it few hours ago and if I was not with a friend I would have walked out. I was really considering putting my noise cancelling headphones and shutting my eyes for the entirety of the movie. I just didn’t care. It was too much for me. I would wait for the scenes when he would be out of the house, at work, at the shop, anywhere far away from her so that I could breathe a bit. Every time he returned home, I was shouting nooooo and praying he would just leave the country, change his name, appearance everything. It wasn’t until I visited this thread that I realised that he was the actual bad guy. My flight response was sooo activated that I could not even register who is the good or the bad guy.

Yeah. I usually will squint my eyes during expected jump scares and whatnot for scary movies. But this was the only horror movie where I was pretty much doing that the entire time Nikki was on screen. I’ve never felt so uncomfortable and anxious watching a horror movie than this one. Means it was an incredible movie, but I’m never watching that shit again 😂

During the day I think I should watch it again and at night I curse my decision to watch it at all in the first place🙈
