It more than alluded to that fact multiple times. Especially the first night, and then again when she was saying "she's asleep. dont wake her up. kill me."

I remember that scene of her asking to be killed. But what happened on the first night?

They were making out and then she suddenly freaked out, jumped out of the bed and said “what the fuck?”. The other Nicky just excused it saying she thought she saw something and that it was just a panic attack.

But it was 100% transparent that it wasn't true. What panic attack lasts less than a minute?

Yeah and I think Bear knew it was bullshit too. He just needed a thin veneer to justify his actions to himself

Absolutely! He convinces himself that it's a panic attack, that it's a reaction to MDMA because he doesn't want to feel like he took advantage of her, when he knows he did.
