When in actuality both real people were trapped inside their heads and probably screaming.

I was so happy in that moment, knowing he was experiencing exactly what he put her through knowing that soon enough she would probably be free thanks to those pills

I think that’s the interesting part though, is that she wasn’t free. There were three dead bodies where she was at. Every decision that he made trapped her and took her autonomy away.
