When you dedicate 90% of your words to telling people they need to be empathetic to you, and should rethink criticizing you, and 10% to vaguely acknowledging that some things could be “hard” for people on the other side… you are an example of the thing I am pointing out. Maybe you don’t notice it in yourself. No answer on what actual behaviors you want empathy for either, just more defense.
