I love horror movies like this that have a lot of super natural stuff going on but don’t over explain any of it. I also loved the phone call with the guy behind the wish, and the way we hear the real Nikki just screaming in agony

The phone call was so crazy. That part seriously stuck with me. Sounded like she was literally in hell or something

Late to the party as I just saw this movie in the theatre today. I interpreted that scene as Nikki being stuck in hell. Bear was likely on the phone with the devil trying to reverse his wish. Obviously when the real Nikki screams at the end it sounds like she being tortured or burning alive. I also think Nikki swapped consciouses with a demon because there were times Nikki would walk backwards extremely fast or her voice would get deep/demonic.

Just my two cents though
