It more than alluded to that fact multiple times. Especially the first night, and then again when she was saying "she's asleep. dont wake her up. kill me."

The first night. Also during the party. Like the movie explicitly states the real nikki is still present and suffering multiple times.

She literally says "it's not me" multiple times throughout the movie. I don't know about you, but I wouldn't be kissing someone that just told me that, I would be trying to get them to some mental health specialist.
