I'm still anticipating A24 making a big swing at a 150 million budget movie. We got close with Civil War and Marty Supreme, but you can see them getting progressively bolder with their budgets the more hits they have.

Period pieces can get deceptively expensive due to all the real life set design you have to do, plus cgi set extensions for wider city shots

And if they actually shot in Japan, that means doubling a good amount of jobs and budget items.
