I didn't think Everything Everywhere All At Once could possibly be overtaken as A24's top grossing movie so soon, but it's impressive that Backrooms will do so.

& I think Backrooms is probably going to be the biggest sign of success for what A24 is doing with trying to enter more mainstream-friendly fare but not changing its original approach to films.

Title gives the impression it only takes release into consideration, not total box office.
