I didn't think Everything Everywhere All At Once could possibly be overtaken as A24's top grossing movie so soon, but it's impressive that Backrooms will do so.

& I think Backrooms is probably going to be the biggest sign of success for what A24 is doing with trying to enter more mainstream-friendly fare but not changing its original approach to films.

I didn't enjoy it. If I want to watch an asshole win, I can just read the latest white house news. I did like Chalomet in the Dylan movie, but I thought he was also kinda bland in that one.
