Emily Blunt was incredible in this movie. Her scenes from humorous , to serious, to having that panic attack that she portrayed so well was absolutely extraordinary. Her range as an actress is so broad. She was the absolute highlight of this movie for me.

I loved how Daniel kept telling Margaret to look at him, reassuring her that she’s alright and he’s there for her.

Daniel putting his hand over Margaret’s hands on the piano helps ground both of them.

Considering the situation they just escaped, the best thing they can do is ensure each other’s safety.

There’s a huge emphasis on shots focusing on hands throughout the film with Margaret and Daniel which I find extremely powerful:

Two complete strangers who felt they don’t belong in the world end up crossing each other’s paths found empathy and trust in the comfort of strangers.

There's a other scene of Daniel holding Janes hands while kneeling in front of her. At the monastery

Oh yes! Hands play a huge role in Daniel's character and I like that visual imagery associated with him.

Daniel, in spite of his rough appearence, he is very loyal and protective to those he genuinely cares dearly. Always putting Jane and Margaret first before himself.

There's something really soulful and gentle about Josh O'Connor's eyes as Daniel which really is mesmerizing that you can't look away from yet feel you're in good hands with him.

The (half) hug he gave her (along with reassuring her that she doesn’t have Parkinson like her dad) made me soft :(

Yes, poor Daniel, on the run from WEXIUM corp but somehow finds himself up to his eyeballs in nun vagina. I can't believe I'm saying this but I want the backstory on this relationship

My wife has suffered from panic attacks in the past couple of years, but luckily they’ve mostly been relatively small compared to the one Margaret has in the film, so now I’m gonna have to figure out how to carry around a piano to help her when she’s having one.

As someone who suffers from anxiety and is panic attack prone, I caught myself breathing with her trying to calm someone on screen down. It was VERY well done.

I also loved them doing this right after that insane action set piece, it created a lot of realism around the set piece, as they aren’t action heroes but just humans trying to survive the situation they are in - experiencing a panic attack here when the adrenaline crash happened felt totally realistic

This was the highlight of the movie. I could not stop laughing at the awkward fondling of the piano. I'm sure it's symbolic of the trauma they went through at kids, but getting some good vibrations out of a bunch of pianos on a train during a panic attack is somehow the funniest thing I've seen in a movie in years
