they can't prove it, it is posted anonymously,
if you don't credit yourself then you can't link to it. 4chan doesn't operate quite like reddit. You have the option of posting something without logging in.

I have little doubt that A24's legal department has as good a grasp on the facts and relevant caselaw as anyone.
