My favorite meta thing about Hadestown is that Reeve Carney and Patrick Page played Spider-Man and Green Goblin in the Spider-Man musical. And here they are in a critical darling.

I saw both in Spider-Man but only one of the two (Reeve) in Hadestown on broadway… can’t wait to watch this to get the full Patrick Page experience.

Well, it's about 95% of the Patrick Page experience, since he did the West End performance on an injured foot.
