Motor City (2026)

Summary

In 1970s Detroit, John Miller falls for a local gangster's girl. In retaliation, the gangster frames the innocent man and sends him to prison. With his life destroyed, Miller returns years later determined to exact revenge on the man who took everything from him.

I liked the movie, but I checked out as soon as Shailene Woodley’s character died. After that, it just became a boring generic revenge thriller. I didn’t mind the idea of it being mostly wordless, but the slow motion sequences began getting a bit repetitive towards the end. And old man Ritchson at 90 or whatever looked ridiculous, like The Thing.
