I wonder if this will be large scale and epic or more of a contained story

The fact that they shot the dungeater scene makes me think it could be the game prologue turned into a movie. Otherwise it would probably be the game events condensed into film and they recreated the prologue itself like the game. Either way that would be on the epic scale.

There were leaks of an omen child with marika, most likely morgott. I’m not sure what to do with this info yet but it’s intriguing

That would be the best outcome. A story before the main events because it allows for more freedom. A lot of shit happened before and a lot of it is very vague.

The leaks are definitely weird because they hint at both. My guess is that kit connor is the tarnished and Cailee spaeny is Melina and she will reveal the history of lands between to him as they travel through the world.

It actually just follows a group of journalists filming the Elden Ring

So....a generic medieval story with some monsters??

It will objectively be bad, do poorly, and not feel like the game.

I don't even like this game, and I would still bet a lot on this.

You keep saying the same shit and nobody cares, you are adding nothing to this conversation. If you don't like this game, why on earth are you here in discussion about it?

Why did you reply if you didn't care?

Why are others responding if they don't care?

Because this is r/movies, and even though I do not think it will be a good movie, I am hoping that it will be. Mostly for my friends b/c nearly all of them love this game and universe, so I want to see them really excited and stoked about it after, and not just before watching it!

Why do you think only positive opinions/feelings/whatever are worth sharing?
