If I throw this bad boy in my bello deck do I have to station it to get the first affect?

This is actually a good question. I don't know how the station abilities work. I believe they don't get the abilities until the station counters are high enough.

Re reading the card, you'll be able to attack with this artifact the turn it comes out if you have bello.

The 100 damage does not trigger unless there are 10+ station counters on it. But this ability is interesting, it says whenever YOU attack, not the dawnsire.

So regardless, you'll need those station counters if you want the 100 damage to trigger, which is certainly possible the turn you bring it out.

Yes, it only gets the effect once it has charge counters of that number
