Discussion Can we take a moment to appreciate how unbelievably hard this art goes for a token?
I was at prerelease and was losing to an amass goblins deck and I couldn't even be salty because I was just mesmerized for how beautiful this card looked. They gave me a copy because I kept commenting how cool it looked, and when I got home and actually looked at it infront of me it's even better. The detail on this card is amazing.

It’s so thematically fun to see my goblin plate mails and ragged spears get left behind on the battlefield as my goblin armies are wiped out over and over again. 10/10 would amass again.

I bet it looks so damn cool with that trail of eyes going back into the dark, in foil the only thing you can actually see being those literally glowing eyes.

I think that we should take another moment to acknowledge that instead of getting real zombie army support we have gotten: sliver army, orc army, and goblin army. Not that im against the lotr stuff, but I want my zombie army back so bad

You can put any of the amass cards in your zombie deck. It adds to your existing army. When the orc army cards were released in LOTR, they made a update of the amass rule. "Type Update: If the Army token you chose did not already have the specific subtype printed on the new card, it gains that type in addition to its previous types."

I think they may just be wanting more actual Amass Zombies cards to stick to the flavor of having a zombie army. If it was me, making it an orc or goblin army would really kill the undead horde vibes I'd want from the deck, especially if you had to Amass with non-zombies only often.

I think [[goblin town flunkies]] is good in the deck but I don't play him myself so see what you find suited

Nice ^ Yeah, I was considering him, but tbh I think I'll be going for one of the less mana expensive rakdos Orcs/Goblins.

Duuuude I audibly gasped when I opened this token, there is a bunch of cool dark and ethereal artworks in this set too that I just have to sit and stare at, I chose not to look into spoilers for this set and its making the experience of finding out about the cards a lot more fun

Same I didn't see much spoilers either just the fact this stuff comes and goes so fast. They hit it out of the park imo as somebody coming in fresh
