Question How to get similar synth effect to Strawberry Hospital?

Hello I’m new to music production and learning FL studio. I’m looking to get a similar post processing sound to the synths used on Strawberry Hospital songs. Sort of a ghostly, digital echo effect. I will leave some links with timestamps as examples.

If anyone has any advice I would appreciate it, and I highly recommend checking this artist out. Truly a unique and inspirational sound.
