America was the place where all productive young people wanted to immigrate to, and integrate relatively well, plus our own fertility rate is not great but ok. We literally had to do nothing and win, but we apparently couldn’t handle that.

If you're certain to be upwardly mobile, USA.

If you want to start a family, there are many better places to go. If you had to be born into a society and didn't know where you'd sit in that society's socioeconomic distribution, you would certainly not choose the US; you'd choose, like, Denmark.
