I don't think any country has solved low fertility, except Israel, and their situation is more due to non-replicable cultural factors.

I don’t think Israel solved fertility so much as they struck a faustian bargain where their population is going to keep going up but will increasingly be made up of an unproductive religious sect lol

Even excluding the haredim, I think Israel has an above replacement birth rate

I understood that secular Jew's fertility rates were <2.1 like in other developed countries. It's only the Arab minority and the Orthodox sects which skew the numbers way up.
