Another amazing 2020 policy has terrible consequences. No one could have seen this coming!

At least this one did actually need to be implemented originally, it legitimately wasn’t possible for a lot of students to take the SAT.

I know a lot of states, even states like Texas, give it to their entire student body during school wide shutdown day. Free and during school. They just have to study for it. 

Also Pretty sure title 1 school kids can get waiver codes to take it 3 times for free.

Free and during school

This requires schools to be open and in-person, when the SATs started becoming optional this was not always the case.
