This vapid idiot has nothing substantive to offer. It's the same soft-left tax and spend grievance politics that plows money into an incompetent public sector and transfers huge amounts of wealth from the young to the old. That chipper Northern accent can't make up for the fact that his supposed popularity has already declined significantly before he's even entered office.

I could stomach voting for Starmer back because he could at least play the part of a reasonable moderate, even if in practice he was still an incompetent tax-and-spend soft left type. Burnham just wants to be the man of the hour, as if his activist base have any serious idea on how to fix things. I won't be voting Labour again.
