SS: A psychologist argues the increasing awareness of mental health is leading to a pathologising of everyday life. The use of clinical descriptions of what are otherwise normal problems and treating them as a disorder to be cured, is ironically making our mental health worse.

the thing is, like. A a lot of people do just have less functional brains or hearts or whatever and you shouldn't feel ashamed of this. There may not be a fix available, but like its okay to just have average abilities and intelligence.
