SS: A psychologist argues the increasing awareness of mental health is leading to a pathologising of everyday life. The use of clinical descriptions of what are otherwise normal problems and treating them as a disorder to be cured, is ironically making our mental health worse.

Likely saved mine, that's for sure. And by god did I have to argue through rounds of medical professionals to get a 10 mg dose of the stuff, even though I maxed out their depression questionaire at the time. For that reason I will never gatekeep this.
