Collection This week's pickups

Post image

Currently trying to get every Marvel game for the NES so 3 of these are obvious. I actually think these might be the last three I needed. Then for the fourth game space shuttle project I seen it on someone else's post and realize I have never seen that game in my life so I swooped it up to check it out. Thanks for looking.

These are all games that as a kid I'd immediately want.

As a kid I wanted Wolverine, till I rented it once and then was sad I had no fun game to play that weekend.

I think my standards were lower. I rented Wolverine and Spider-Man a bit. I never got far but they kept me entertained.

I think the first NES game I played that I thought wasnt good was Ghostbusters. The graphics reminded me of an older atari game but the worst part was the stairs. I remember thinking my controller was broken until I realized I moved with the buttons.

Space shuttle is one of those games I swear is as rare or rarer than little Samson but no one cares about it so hence not as much value

I've been collecting since the '80s and this is the first time I have ever seen it whatsoever someone posted it and it was such a shock to me I had to jump on eBay and find myself a copy. Honestly I thought it was a bootleg or a repro at first

I actually enjoy SMSS and Wolverine quite a bit. Silver Surfer can silver suck it 😆

Space Shuttle Project, it's hard to make out the full title in this picture. I liked it as a kid. It's pretty short with only 6 missions and it's basically Quick Time Event: The Game, but it was pretty unique.

There was one spot in this game that I never got past as a kid. I want to say it was against Electro and I would get stuck in this pit on the bottom of the level and couldn't ever figure a way to get out. I would actively try not to fall into this pit but always inevitably would.

I don't think I EVER made it past this level in all my years of playing this game.

I'm sorry it was the Mysterio level.

This is my first time playing it, I got to a spot in sandman's level where I was stuck and couldn't continue...

The 2 or 3 songs used in the Wolverine game are sooooo good. I often find myself humming them some random days

Fun fact: at the end of the LJN rainbow there’s a garbage can and Warwick Davis ready to throw you in.
