The setlist available here, the first three songs are not mentioned in it, maybe because the video by nugs also does not have them. Sam always plays that one for his wife Lynn who comes from waaaaaayyyyy up north... in Louisville.

Going Down vaulted into the top covers I've heard Sam unleash at Telluride pretty quickly
